Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Strategy to lead our country expansion efforts and develop go-to-market strategies for our new markets. As a Senior Manager of Strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, developing market entry strategies, and driving growth in our new markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans and ensure successful market entry and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the company
- Develop market entry and expansion strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target markets
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform market strategies and product development
- Drive growth and revenue in new markets by developing and executing sales and marketing plans
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful market entry and expansion
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market performance, growth, and expansion plans
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Market share and penetration in new markets
- Revenue growth and profitability in new markets
- Time to market entry and expansion
- Customer acquisition and retention in new markets
- Brand awareness and reputation in new markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Experience in country expansion and international markets
- Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI are a plus
