We also lead thought leadership initiatives to drive our customers’ agendas and help them get optimal value from SAP throughout the entire engagement life cycle (primarily large customers).</p> <p> </p> <p>Here is a summary of the key activities to perform:</p> <ul> <li>Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)</li> <li>Support in escalated projects</li> <li>Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews</li> <li>Support of pre-sales activities</li> <li>Detailed planning of process implementation</li> <li>Define detailed blueprint for development requirements</li> <li>Industry /corporate process implementation across all related  applications (SAP/non-SAP)</li> <li>Develop and Assure quality of process models</li> <li>Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES</p> <p> </p> <p>For any candidates to be considered for this important position, we require the following:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>A proven 10+ year industry experience in the Telecommunication industry</li> <li>Proven track record for having led the setup of a E2E integrated system, SAP Industry cloud solutions and SAP solutions.</li> <li>Deep know how in business processes of the Telco industry</li> <li>Knowledge of the Telco industry’s products and services</li> <li>Practical SAP solution (SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, including FI RAR BRIM Asset Management)</li> <li>Familiarity of TMForum frameworks and standards</li> <li>Experience with other suppliers of telco solutions and Best-of-Breed solutions is beneficial.</li> <li>Good experience in the Customer Engagement Life cycle from requirement identification, consulting and pre-sales through to design, build and implementation.</li> <li>Fundamental know-how in the area of business process framework architecture, legacy system migration and application integration.</li> <li>Project Management and consulting methodology skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.</li> <li>Excellency in conflict management and de-escalation.</li> <li>Ease in presenting complex information to customers in a clear, well documented, and trustworthy manner.</li> <li>Considered an advantage to have an established telco industry network: internal (SAP Development, IBU) and external (customers, influencers, and partners).</li> <li>Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.</li> <li>Strong networking and customer relationship management capabilities.</li> <li>Natural ability to coach, share, document and transfer knowledge to colleagues to rapidly increase SAP’s capacity to deliver and grow the organization.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li> </ul> <p><br/>  </p> <p>EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Creative individual who can provide expert services, best industry practices and advice to strategic customers and outline to-be strategy and system architecture to successfully implement a E2E solution for a Telco customer.</li> <li>Pro-actively support sales and consulting colleagues with opportunity qualifications and executions.</li> <li>Support responses to RFX and assess project risks and costs based on deep solution and industry know-how.</li> <li>Propose innovative delivery models (e.g. Integrated Service Delivery) to make an SAP difference to our customers by reducing project risks and costs.</li> <li>At any time in a project phase, capable to take over responsibility as the project and program leader for specific work packages or the entire project.</li> <li>Support escalations to resolution working with local teams.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with relevant internal
