Personal Lines Account Manager

Redwoods Leavitt Insurance Agency in Grants Pass, OR is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for their office.   This is a full -time position with benefits.  Pay depending on experience from $20 to $25 an hour.

Must have current Insurance License in the State of OR.

We are looking for someone who is energetic and driven with a winning attitude.

Job Duties

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients via verbal and written correspondence.

• Meet with clients as necessary.

• Inform and educate clients about coverage options.

• Document files in the Agency Management System.

• Process incoming emails.

• Provide certificate, ID cards, policies and other related items to clients.

• Quote and sell personal lines.

• Prepare applications, submit them and obtain client signatures.

• Renew policies.

• Maintain client files accurately and consistently.
