As the global headquarters for 3D Printing and Large Format Printing, and the EMEA HQ for Graphics Solutions, we also host HP’s largest R&amp;D lab outside the US and a world-class Demo Center.</p><p>We are looking for a<span> </span><b>Data Analyst</b><span> </span>to join our Customer Support team and help drive data-informed decision-making across forecasting, performance monitoring, and process optimization.</p><p></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>1. Forecasting &amp; Predictive Modeling</b></p><ul><li>Design and maintain robust forecasting models to predict Month-to-Date (MTD) and Quarter-to-Date (QTD) volumes.</li><li>Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to improve forecast accuracy using historical and real-time data.</li></ul><p><b>2. Data Tool Development</b></p><ul><li>Build and enhance real-time dashboards and monitoring tools to track interventions and compare forecasts with actuals.</li><li>Ensure tools are scalable, intuitive, and support operational decision-making.</li></ul><p><b>3. Performance Analysis &amp; Process Optimization</b></p><ul><li>Analyze forecast accuracy and tool effectiveness.</li><li>Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.</li></ul><p><b>4.
