Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the <strong>design, architecture, and implementation</strong> of the frontend application.</p> </li> <li> <p>Write <strong>clean, maintainable, and well-tested code</strong> using modern React (including React 18 features).</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a <strong>seamless and high-quality user experience</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish and enforce <strong>frontend best practices</strong> related to code style, component composition, accessibility, state management, documentation, and tooling.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the creation and maintenance of <strong>scalable UI systems</strong>, including component libraries and design systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide <strong>technical mentorship</strong> to frontend team members, supporting growth and ensuring alignment with architectural decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Take ownership of the <strong>entire frontend development lifecycle</strong>, from planning to deployment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with other engineering teams to integrate APIs and ensure optimal application performance.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Must-have Skills</strong></h2> <p>(Remember to include years of experience)</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>7+ years</strong> of professional experience in frontend engineering with a strong specialization in <strong>React</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Expert-level knowledge of <strong>ReactJS</strong>, including React Hooks and modern React 18 capabilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep expertise in <strong>HTML</strong> (semantic markup, accessibility standards).</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong expertise in <strong>CSS</strong>, including vanilla CSS and scalable CSS methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with <strong>frontend tooling</strong>: Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong experience with <strong>Git</strong> and GitHub-based workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with <strong>CSS-in-JS</strong> libraries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience building and maintaining <strong>component libraries or design systems</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with <strong>Storybook</strong> for UI documentation and component-driven development.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with or strong understanding of <strong>microfrontend architectures</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced English communication skills.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice-to-have</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency:</strong> Leverage AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (e.g., code generation, analysis, documentation, research).
