Concourse Financial Group Securities is hiring an Internal Practice Management Consultant (IPMC) to assist the Practice Management team in managing, growing, and retaining financial professional relationships. The IPMC will assist in implementing sales strategies, practice solutions, and financial professional consultations.

Resonsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing all new Practice Management initiatives.
  • Work with financial professionals to leverage the use of data for their businesses.
  • Conduct research; discover resources for webinars, weekly digest, on-demand library, etc.
  • Assist in the creation of tools (workbooks, guides, white papers, checklists, etc.) for financial professionals.
  • Serve as Practice Management primary point of contact for non-Concourse Elite financial professionals.
  • Assist with meetings and conferences held for financial professionals.
  • Assist in facilitating and implementing study groups and networking groups.
  • Work closely with Practice Management Consultants and the firm’s planning and advisory platforms to connect financial professionals to firm and industry resources and guide them through the utilization of those services to benefit their business.
  • Assist in discovering industry technology and business development offerings for financial professionals and assist in the due diligence process of those offerings.
  • Engage with various technology resources to understand their offerings and be able to discuss with financial professionals. 

Qualifications

  • Prefer 2-3 years experience in Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other related fields or industry equivalent preferred
  • Prefer FINRA Series 6/7 and 65/66 licenses but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with learning new technology
  • Team-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Appetite for learning
  • Organized and self-driven
  • Ability to implement a strategic vision
  • Skillful collaborator
  • Innovative and enterprising mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary and Incentives:Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
