Your Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops assigned employees to ensure manufacture of components, products and systems, within agreed quality, cost and delivery (QCD) standards.
• Leads production activities to ensure that products meet all requirements, and to achieve KPIs agreed.
• Determines manufacturing priorities to match weekly production schedules and makes respective assignments.
• Directs personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal, and safety procedures.
• Directs routine equipment set-up and maintenance, and checks for accomplishment.
• Establishes instructions and refines procedures, when necessary, in order to contribute to improvements in QCD.

Your Qualifications

• Vocationally trained
• 3 to 5 years
