As a Customer Services Representative, you’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class service to our industry customers across Europe, while supporting our mission of sustainability and innovation.</span></strong></p> <p><span>This role reports to the Customer Service Manager, IND. and is based in Budapest, Hungary</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>What you’ll do:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.</span></li> <li><span>Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.</span></li> <li><span>Prepare quotations, track offers and follow up on interactions to maximize opportunities.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain accurate customer data in SAP CRM and assist with order progression.</span></li> <li><span>Promote digital tools and solutions to enhance customer engagement</span></li> <li><span>Manage customer order changes and interactions with external Sales, finance and supply chain teams</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your background: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (a degree in Engineering or Customer Services is a plus)</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.</span></li> <li><span>Training will be provided but interest and experience in mechanical / electrical products and applications, or experience within distribution or manufacturing channels within similar industries is a bonus</span></li> <li><span>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.</span></li> <li><span>Good written and spoken English.</span></li> <li><span>Ability to build trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>Entrepreneurial mindset</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Why Grundfos? </span></strong></p> <p><span>At Grundfos, we celebrate diversity and believe in equitable opportunities for all.
