What You'll Be Doing

As an RVT, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our medical team with hands-on patient care, assisting with surgeries and dental procedures. You’ll monitor patient conditions, manage emergency care when needed, and provide compassionate support. You’ll also educate pet parents on at-home care, mentor peers, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized hospital environment, all while ensuring every pet receives respectful, high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Veterinary Technician with an active license and at least two years of experience in a general practice setting (critical care experience is a plus). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a true team player, and comfortable assisting with surgeries and dental procedures. Confidence in client communication, especially with pet parents, is essential. The role requires occasional lifting of 50+ pounds, so physical stamina is important.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensures and certifications, education, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
