About the Role:
Nandail Property Management is seeking a Licensed Plumber in Fort Washington, PA. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling all plumbing needs across our properties, including repairs, installations, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Respond to emergency plumbing requests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing license in Pennsylvania
• Proven experience as a plumber
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
