About the role

The CEO Engagements Team creates opportunities to build and deepen CEO relationships by executing impactful events and engagement opportunities. The team sits within the Global Executive Marketing function which builds and launches programs that are intended to build, deepen, and strengthen relationships with top decision makers to drive business.

The CEO Engagements Team is seeking a Sr Strategic Executive Program Manager to develop and execute strategic CEO-focused programs that deliver exceptional value to customers. This role will be responsible for building and managing comprehensive programs that address critical business challenges and opportunities facing CEOs today.




Key job responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business units
• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and evaluation
• Develop compelling content and experiences tailored for CEO audiences
• Manage high-profile executive events and strategic initiatives
• Create and deliver executive-level communications and presentations
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide regular performance updates
• Identify emerging trends and topics relevant to CEO audiences

Basic Qualifications


- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
