The Position

As a member of the Accessories Merchandise team the TH/TJ Women’s Senior Merchandiser takes responsibility for all Soft Accessories product groups and reports into the Category Lead Soft Accessories while working closely along side the TH/TJ Men's Merchandiser. You will work in close collaboration with both Design and PD teams to deliver seasonal global collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global TH/TJ Women’s accessories business and develop seasonal strategies to be clearly communicated to markets and management
• Ownership of range planning process alongside men’s counterpart to meet needs of Wholesale, Retail and Ecom channels.
• Consistently drive analysis of collections performance through data to implement most effective price architecture, product assortment and updates through milestones.
• Work collaboratively with design and product development team to meet seasonal range plan targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with design to achieve trend right collection aligned with apparel direction.
• Forecasting though milestones and inputting for seasonal planning.
• PLM maintenance
• Present product line to markets during key touchpoints.
• Build strong relationship with market merchandising to identify and maximise opportunities and story telling.

The Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years’ experience in a Merchandising environment.
• Accessories experience is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of product & calendars across cross functional teams.
• Ability to work analytically to drive line commerciality and own KPIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence key stake holders.
• Team player embracing collaboration.
• Excellent Excel skills Fluent in English written and oral.
