Business Analyst – BPMN & UML

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze and model end-to-end business processes using structured BPMN methodologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Structure business concepts and represent data needs through information modeling and UML class diagrams.</li><li>Elicit, clarify, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with Agile development teams.</li><li>Collaborate with solution architects to design future-proof systems while safeguarding business architecture principles.</li><li>Formulate and execute testing activities, including the creation of test cases and support for business acceptance testing.</li><li>Produce structured documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders on maintaining high-quality documentation standards.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>5+ years experience in business analysis and formal requirements documentation.</li><li>You bring a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies such as <strong>BPMN</strong>, <strong>UML</strong>, and <strong>BABOK</strong>.</li><li>You possess experience in information modeling and the structural representation of business concepts.</li><li>You have strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex situations into manageable components.</li><li>You're proactive and solution-oriented with a constructive, critical approach to challenging assumptions.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>English</strong> with an excellent level of <strong>Dutch</strong> and/or <strong>French</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in an <strong>Agile</strong> product environment.</li><li>Knowledge of the <strong>Archimate</strong> framework.</li></ul>
