Industrial Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing): 1st Shift!

We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for FIRST SHIFT! Located in Fremont, OH.

This Monday - Thursday first shift position is located in our food manufacturing facility in Fremont, Ohio. This position will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and the diagnosis/ repair of production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all breakdown maintenance repairs, demonstrating equal parts urgency, knowledge, safety, and technical skill.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring proper attention is given to maintaining equipment before breakdowns. Experience with a Maintenance Tracking System is a plus
• Perform highly diversified duties to repair and maintain miscellaneous mechanical systems, etc.
• Diagnose problems using troubleshooting skills, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, and test and adjust automated production equipment.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on belts, piping, mixers, valves, bearings, mechanical seals, conveyors, and pumps.
• Install, test, and maintain control devices, pressure-sensing units, and flow-measuring devices.
• Electrical skills, Basic welding, and fabrication are a huge plus.
