Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Membership Team's backend operations, ensuring efficient web and content management, seamless communication coordination, and effective member support through organized processes. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, with strong communication skills and a passion for operational excellence. You will work closely with the Head of Membership Experience to execute all departmental needs, ensuring that our systems and communications run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web & Content Management:
- Manage and maintain membership-related content on our website and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the programming calendar, ensuring all events and updates are effectively communicated to members.
- Handle backend management of membership portals, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Member Communications Coordination:
- Coordinate messaging across platforms, including WhatsApp, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Draft communication plans and review drafts to ensure alignment with community values and goals.
- Assist in managing general inquiries related to membership via structured communication channels.
- Operational Support:
- Troubleshoot access issues related to membership portals and event management systems.
