Credit Controller

<p>Lavipharm is looking for a  highly efficient and dynamic <strong>Credit Controller</strong> to join the Finance team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Oversee all day-to-day activities of credit department.</li> <li>Monitor and manage the credit control processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Review and analyze financial records of customers to assess creditworthiness.</li> <li>Maintain accurate credit files and records and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment delays or discrepancies promptly.</li> <li>Work closely with customers providing excellent customer service and resolving billing inquiries or disputes.</li> <li>Generate regular reports on accounts receivable, collections and credit risk to management </li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to credit control and propose process enhancements when necessary.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing credit and accounts receivables or in a similar credit management role</li> <li>Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions</li> <li>Ability to implement accounting principles and practices effectively</li> <li>Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts</li> </ul><p></p><p>If you are ready to take on this challenging role and meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume for consideration.</p>
