Compensation includes a base salary of $53,200.00 - $79,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Client Trainer II will plan, coordinate, schedule, and present training on Dealertrack RTS products using various delivery mechanisms, instructor-led webinars, and in-person/ online instruction. The training team member must be able to communicate technical information to users in non-technical and clear terms. Partner with the Content Development team to prepare online and written training materials. Perform monthly statistical analysis on clients' utilization of Dealertrack services. Develop a plan of action for accounts requiring additional support, and training consultation services, and consult with account personnel to recommend process changes that will ensure clients' compliance with state DMV rules and regulations.
Location:
This position will cover the Raleigh-Durham area. Candidates must reside within the state of North Carolina.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who reside in the Raleigh-Durham area. However, qualified candidates who reside in the following areas will also be considered.

What You'll Do
Perform initial onsite and web-based product training for customers on the use of the Online Registration System (OLRS), and the RegUSA web portal.
Present additional product trainings for existing users to drive product utilization.
Create eLearning training content.
Administrative tasks; recording activities & maintaining current status of installation assignments.
Maintain knowledge of standard operation procedures and company practices. Conduct follow-up product training for customers as required.
Perform follow-up calls and on-site visits to customers.
Assess clients' current workflow and develop process change plans to incorporate Dealertrack applications into clients' current operating process.
Work with Business Development Teams to help identify new product development.
Identify "At-Risk" clients and develop a retention plan.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Strategic clients, to include follow-up calls, on-site visits and timely meetings.
Maintain client interaction in Salesforce, to include logging emails, calls and project tasks.
Travel: 75% within assigned region; will be home most nights; if traveling more than 2 hours from home will require an overnight stay
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years experience; or 6 years experience in a related field
Must be able and willing to travel 75% of the time (mostly day travel within the region and home at night)
A valid U.S. driver's license is required
Title clerk or title trainer experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive dealership knowledge preferred
