As a founding member of our newly forming team, you will grow and shape the team as we adeptly traverse this complicated digital landscape of generative AI. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Specifically, what you will do.</strong></span></p> <p>Career Team is seeking a strong Software Team Lead who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This is a technical leadership role responsible for mentoring and training others, as well as guiding design and architecture decisions. You will build amazing things using MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, and Node.js and/or PHP/MySql. On any given day, you’ll be coding (writing, reviewing, deploying, testing); this is our bread and butter and our passion. You can expect to be part of regular Scrum Ceremonies—though each team may have its own flavor—and you will have ample opportunity to innovate and make a real impact on our software. This role will expand over time and is a great way to help accelerate your career!</p> <p>Please note, this is a highly technical role and also requires excellence in all aspects of software engineering. To be successful in this position, you should have a desire to operate in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business environment.
