Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Sector/Site Security Manager to join our team based in Grand Prairie, TX.

The Sector/Site Security Manager (SSM) is responsible and accountable to define and implement the Sector/Site security plans for Airbus Helicopter, Inc. The Airbus SSM’s primary role is oversight and direction of protection of the integrity, people, processes, and assets, including information, for all Airbus Helicopters operations to include logistics support locations. The SSM shall identify risks, assess vulnerabilities, and establish security plans and oversee the incorporation of mitigation policies and procedures in the implementation of controls to address the corporate exposure.

Your challenges:

• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, Airport and Transportation Security Administration (Aviation and Transportation Safety Act - ATSA) legislation and regulatory requirements and with those directives specific to Airbus Americas.

• Maintain knowledge of TSA security programs to ensure compliance requirements are met.

• Maintain knowledge of Department of Homeland Security airport security requirements to ensure compliance requirements are met.

• Develop program scope, definition and approval.

• Set metrics and targets.

• Identify Collaborators and manage expectations.

Your boarding pass:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Administration, Criminal Justice or related fields of study or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of site security management, law enforcement, or equivalent security field work experience.
• Understanding of Crisis Management, knowledge of industry standard methodologies, and strong networking skills
• Demonstrated strong organizational, time-management, leadership and critical thinking skills
