Procurement Senior Director - Fragrance

The IPM Sr Director is tasked with assuring the right level of collaboration between IPM and the global and regional Category teams, in co-building, shaping and carrying out the defined strategy for their designated technology. The designated technology covers a network of brands, encompassing a wide range of products, and therein, a wide range of packaging, TPM and raw materials, as produced in a network of manufacturing sites and TPM.</p> <p> </p> <p>KEY ACTIVITIES</p> <ul> <li>Support VP with the setting of Category strategies developed by the Category Leaders based on the communication/deep understanding of their technology’s brands, individual and common/regional needs and assurance of excellence in execution.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Create and deliver a sustainable and competitive sourcing strategy for Innovation and Productivity pipelines.</li> <li>Lead the execution of sourcing projects in line with the Category strategy, and their delivery against all the targets for the Technology.</li> <li>Drive and support Business Continuity service to manufacturing or our TPM framework for all high-risk materials.</li> <li>Drive the definition and management of the productivity pipeline in coordination with categories/operations/IM teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Product Innovation</li> <li>Procurement Productivity</li> <li>Support to Operations</li> <li>Leadership</li> <li>Business Partnering</li> <li>Team Management and People development</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOU HAVE</p> <ul> <li>12 years+ years Procurement experience</li> <li>Meaningful experience, at least 5 years, in FMCG/Beauty Industry TPM environment</li> <li>Master and/or bachelor's degree</li> <li>High degree of fluency in English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>YOUR SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Commercial mind set with extremely strong communication skills.</li> <li>Team management skills</li> <li>Proven leadership, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.</li> <li>Proactive &amp; Hands on approach with a solid track record.</li> <li>Adaptable.
