IT Security Manager (Manager - Sr Manager)

• With general autonomy, responsible for the global execution and delivery of IT security programs and projects.
• Responsible for program and project management, including project prioritization, planning, staffing, execution, change management, monitoring, and communication.
• Directs one or more diverse, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Supports supplier relations where applicable.
• Coordinates diverse activities, plans work, and administers policies.
• Supervises others either directly or through subordinate supervisors.
• Job role is independently accountable for staff and has financial management responsibilities.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in CS, CIS, MIS, or Engineering and 10 years of related experience or through 15+ years of experience in Cyber Security.

 

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1), their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available including IT Security Delivery Manager and Senior IT Security Delivery Manager roles.
