The Challenge

We are looking for a self-motivated Senior Revenue Analyst with both technical and operational knowledge of ASC 606, specifically in the SaaS/Software industry. This role reports directly to the Senior Revenue Manager and will focus on the day-to-day operations of revenue accounting and assist with various system implementation projects. This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue under ASC 606. 

Your Mission

• Review customer contracts for potential revenue impacting terms and document accounting conclusions and considerations. 
• Assist in the preparation of monthly revenue reconciliations for internal reporting requirements and analytics. 
• Prepare journal entries relating to adjustments and true-ups based on revenue analysis and variances. 
• Research revenue accounting guidance and assist with documentation of the Company’s accounting conclusions. 
• Assist with the optimization of revenue automation tools (e.g. Zuora Revenue) and related systems. 
• Maintain and improve internal controls related to revenue accounting and contract review processes.  

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred. 
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience. 2 years focused on revenue accounting in a SaaS or software environment is preferred. 
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and its application to multiple performance obligation arrangements, specifically in the SaaS/Software industry. 
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Workday) and revenue automation tools (e.g. Zuora Revenue) is highly preferred.  

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$88,875—$133,312.50 USD
