About the role

Therapeutic Associates Newberg Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a Physical Therapist to join our innovative team.
Clinic Environment

This clinic offers a collaborative, energetic environment led by a PT who values growth, connection, and team engagement. The space includes five private treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, and specialized equipment that supports both pelvic health and athletic care. Regular team in-services and cross-discipline collaboration create a close-knit culture where clinicians learn from one another and enjoy coming to work.

Growth & Learning

Clinician development is fully supported through formal mentorship, regular one-on-one meetings with the clinic director, and structured case collaboration. The team includes clinicians with advanced pelvic health training, manual therapy expertise, and orthopedic board certification, providing strong internal mentorship. There is active support for expanding clinical interests, supported by investment in education and long-term growth.

Patient Population

The clinic serves a primarily adult outpatient population with a strong emphasis on pelvic health, including pregnancy and postpartum care, chronic pain, and both female and male pelvic conditions. Additional caseload variety includes young athletes, general orthopedics, TMJ, and vestibular care, with most patients falling in the 15–55 age range. The clinic is well known in the community for its pelvic health program and benefits from a strong referral and self-referral base.
