Location: This position is working in office in Tempe, AZ.
Pay Range: $23-26/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads via phone and email to determine service eligibility and interest.
- Provide timely and professional support throughout the sales cycle, answering questions and addressing concerns from prospects, families, and referral sources.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them toward enrollment.
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with prospective clients to understand their home health needs, goals, and concerns.
- Communicate the value of the agency’s services, clearly explaining how they stand out from other providers and platforms.
- Work with a senior representative to send proposals and contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documents.
- Ensure a smooth transfer from sales to service delivery, facilitating a positive transition for new clients.
- Collaborate with the services team to identify opportunities to enhance offerings or develop new service solutions based on client feedback and market trends.
- Partner with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales materials and campaigns and suggest improvements to drive engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred in health-related field or licensed clinician preferred.
- 2+ years in inside sales, intake coordination, or customer service (preferably in home health or healthcare services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare documentation preferred
- Bilingual a plus (e.g., Spanish/English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
