Women's Area Manager (New York City)

The Women's Area Manager is a pivotal leader within Buck Mason’s retail organization, responsible for shaping the customer experience, developing exceptional store leaders, and driving the success of a portfolio of multiple locations. This role plays a critical part in translating our brand vision into store-level execution by partnering closely with Store Managers to elevate performance, strengthen teams, and create a consistent World Class Experience across every location.
As a people-first leader and brand ambassador, the Women's Area Manager will coach and empower Store Managers, identify opportunities for growth, and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
