A Day in the Life
This position will report to the Cardiovascular Director of FP&A and Strategic Finance.

This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, insightful analysis, and decision support across the Cardiovascular portfolio. Key areas of focus include supporting core FP&A processes such as monthly reporting packages, earnings call preparation, P&L management, sales analytics, and headcount reporting. The Senior Analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for reporting systems and tools, develop executive-level presentations, and provide predictive analytics to support business planning.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented financial professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of FP&A processes, and the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role requires balancing multiple priorities, ensuring accuracy in deliverables, and providing clear insights that help business leaders drive results.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties as assigned:
Develop, maintain, and deliver core FP&A reporting, including the Cardiovascular Day 5 financial reporting package, Implant & Patients Served metrics, and MCS P&L reporting.
Support quarterly Earnings Call preparation and creation of executive-level presentations, including CV and OU Town Hall slides.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for OneStream reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and driving process improvements.
Maintain and coordinate fiscal calendars, ensuring alignment across key FP&A deliverables and processes.
Provide financial support and analysis to CV leadership, including management of CV executive cost centers and liaison with MEIC & MCS business partners.
Translate complex financial data into clear, concise reporting that supports decision-making across the Cardiovascular leadership team.
Identify and implement efficiencies within FP&A processes to enhance reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
Support key multi-function projects that require strong financial and business acumen skills.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting, or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
