Senior SAP STP (Source to Pay)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior SAP Source to Pay (STP) Consultant to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments. This role may or may not include leadership responsibilities but requires deep expertise in procurement, supplier management, and integration with finance and inventory management modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP modules for procurement and supplier lifecycle management, including MM (Materials Management), Ariba, or Sourcing solutions.
  
• Design processes for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, contract management, and invoice verification.
  
• Ensure seamless integration with FI, WM, SRM, and other related modules.
  
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and work with technical teams on custom developments.
  
• Support testing, training, data migration, and go-live activities.
  
• Provide advisory on procurement best practices, compliance, and process optimization.
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
  

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on procurement and STP processes.
  

• Expertise in SAP MM configuration and integration with finance and warehouse management.
  

• Strong understanding of procurement KPIs, supplier management, and compliance frameworks.
  

• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing & Procurement.
  
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or Supplier Risk Management solutions.
  
• Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or regulated sectors.
