Position Summary:

The Sr. Transformation Project Manager executes internal projects and various global and corporate strategic initiatives. They manage multiple moving parts and use a consultative approach to develop comprehensive project collateral (project plans, issues logs, stakeholder analysis, testing use cases and benefits metrics), build key relationships, and execute on deliverables in a timely manner. The Sr. Transformation Project Manager is ready to jump in, learn about the business, and help achieve desired project outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Executes internal projects for Global Operations organization through the management of detailed project plans, tasks, and priorities
• Maintains project methodology framework that breaks down into specific goals, tactics, action plans, milestones, and deliverables; revise project plans based on changing needs and requirements
• Partners with internal and external department leads and key stakeholders to identify project requirements, set appropriate targets, and discuss future planning cycles
• Manages expectations and communicates timelines to key stakeholders across the organization through the compilation of project status reports and dashboards
• Utilizes industry-standard best practices to ensure consistent process improvement, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Supports department director with capacity, capability, and resource planning by location to ensure timely project delivery

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• At least four (4) years of experience in project management or operations
• Thorough understanding of a range of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Thorough understanding of a range of project management and/or process methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, Waterfall)
• Demonstrates proven leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills to liaise effectively with project stakeholders across the multiple organizations  
• Remains curious, ask questions, provides solutions, and look for ways to improve on the status quo  
• Proven ability to consider many different viewpoints, be mindful of cultural difference, and adopt to various professional expectations  
• Proven ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Proven ability to develop resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity along with ability to anticipate change and redirect resource efforts because of that change
• Proven ability to build partnerships with cross functional partners and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Proven ability to exercise good judgement within defined processes and policies to determine appropriate actions to effectively solve problems
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize current workload to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
• Ability to coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team
