Responsibilities

• Own the design of battery or power distribution subsystems, including component selection, schematic design, and PCB layout

• Bring up and validate custom PCBAs for battery and charger systems

• Develop and execute test plans to verify requirements, derisk design changes, and ensure long-term reliability

• Design wiring harnesses and cables, including connector selection, wire specifications, and documentation

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Hands-on experience with PCB design and bring-up

• Strong understanding of power electronics, batteries, or power distribution systems

• Experience designing wiring harnesses and cables for electromechanical systems

• Track record of building, testing, and iterating on custom hardware
