Business Analyst, Performance Management
Job Overview
This position will support many of the key strategic projects of our fast-growing Performance Management team within Swickard Auto Group. The Performance Management team is tasked with automating processes and delivering insights that help drive bottom line impact and improve the customer experience across the entire organization. This position will have the opportunity to create workflows and automate processes for high-visibility projects that could have lasting impact on the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have project management skills, workflow development skills, PowerPoint/presentation skills, be highly organized, be able to manage multiple priorities at one time, great attention to detail, and be comfortable dealing with high amounts of ambiguity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Configuring and testing webhooks to ensure seamless data exchange
- Monitoring webhook activity and troubleshooting any errors
- Meet with stakeholders to understand project impact, timelines, and requirements
- Create data integration and process automation workflows within various applications
- Create project plans and communicate them to all stakeholders
- Create well-designed, clear PowerPoint or Canva presentations
- Follow standard project management steps to ensure successful project launch
- Prepare reports and presentations for upper management and dealerships
- Support management with multiple high impact projects
- Use Excel and other tools to build reports as needed to help us understand project impact
- Be willing to travel, up to 20%
Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ experience creating integration workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Zapier, Salesforce, or similar technology
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Ability to identify, analyze, and document project workflows
- Experience defining tasks, dependencies, roles, and expected outputs for each step
- Proficiency in process mapping techniques using flowcharts, diagrams, and project management software
- Understanding of webhooks and their application in workflow automation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
- Ability to clearly explain complex workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of workflow management tools and software
- Identifying opportunities to leverage webhooks for automated data transfer between systems within the workflow
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to investigate, plan, and implement projects with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of change management practices
- Strong organizational and planning skills
The ideal candidate will also have experience with:
- Project management for an organization with multiple large changes
- Basic scripting languages or APIs
