Turret / Reach Truck Operator – 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (plus overtime as required)
Pay Range: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on equipment experience

Position Summary

The Turret / Reach Truck Operator is responsible for operating various types of industrial material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate turret and reach trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Use additional equipment such as center pallet jack, forklift, and order picker as needed.
• Safely transport products to designated storage areas and accurately record product movement in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain organized storage of inventory and ensure product accuracy and quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures, warehouse safety rules, and company policies.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including picking, packing, and staging orders.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Industrial Equipment Operation Experience required; certification preferred.
• Reach Truck
• Turret Truck
• Center Pallet Jack
• Forklift
• Order Picker
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) operation experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods.
