We are seeking an Inventory Manager Assistant to support vehicle inventory operations at our Anchorage dealership. Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking new and used vehicle inventory
- Update and maintain records in the dealership management system
- Coordinate vehicle arrivals, transfers, and lot organization
- Perform physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Support sales and management with inventory status updates
- Move and stage vehicles as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive or inventory experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in Anchorage weather conditions
