We are seeking a Senior Campaign Operations Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, campaign operations, and data-driven decision-making - ensuring seamless campaign deployment across platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and paid media channels.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing automation, campaign execution, and performance tracking. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Data/ Analytics, Engineer, and IT stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business outcomes.
What you'll do:
Campaign Execution & Operations
Own end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, segmentation, and deployment across multiple channels.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into actionable multi-channel campaigns.
Develop and manage workflows, triggers, and automation sequences to improve campaign efficiency and engagement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.
Educate and train marketing teams on best practices for automation, data-driven decision-making, and campaign execution.
Stack & Automation
Oversee CRM integration with Salesforce, ensuring smooth data flow between Marketing and Sales teams.
Oversee the configuration and integration of Marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.).
Optimize marketing automation processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
Partner with the CRM Eng team to ensure smooth data pipelines between marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel efficiency, and marketing ROI.
Implement multi-touch attribution models to measure the impact of different marketing channels.
Recommend enhancements to improve targeting, personalization, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar).
Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and data integration.
Proficiency in email marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting.
Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, data visualization, and performance tracking.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL for email and landing page troubleshooting.
Certifications in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Analytics are a plus.
