The Role
Executive, Compliance & Risk will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel – Enterprise & Chief Compliance Officer (“DGC”) or the Executive Director, Compliance, as directed, and will help manage and advance the Company’s Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) and ESG programs. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance standards and issues globally. This role provides strategic guidance, drives cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and transparency. The Executive will play a critical role in supporting CAA’s strategic and operational growth by championing a centralized, coordinated approach to ethics, compliance, and ESG across the organization.
Responsibilities
Compliance
Working closely with the GEC team to further help enhance and build the Global Ethics & Compliance program at CAA, including anti-bribery & corruption, global sanctions, data privacy, whistleblower rights & protections, and third-party risk management.
Help to administer a risk-based GEC program ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company values.
Work with the Executive Director, Compliance to monitor and evaluate global legal and regulatory developments and compliance trends to anticipate changes and inform organizational practices.
Conduct company-wide risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen organizational resilience.
Assist with the design, implementation, and administration of GEC
