About the role
- Safety improvements with focus on PPE and Stop Call Wait.
- Assist Supervisor to improve product flow throughout the plant safely.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- D365 navigation skills to assist with training Techs and troubleshooting problems.
- Assist Supervisor and Process Engineering for technician certifications and operation training records.
- Writing procedures as needed to implement 5S and Kaizen activities ongoing improvements.
- Ability to work with QIE to implement changes in the Quality Procedures, Team Notes and Production Check sheets.
- Assisting Supervisor with daily tasks and be able to cover shifts in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Able to assist to delegate personnel, maintain product flow on all 6 product lines.
- Communicate with Production Control to make sure daily plans are achieved through Production Scheduling and Product Flow.
- Work with Production team to reduce Nonconforming products.
- Work with Supervisor reduce scrap and rework.
