SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated International Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Based in Los Angeles, this role is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the Chrome Hearts Eyewear (CHE) brand presence across international markets. The successful candidate will manage marketing activities with minimal oversight, collaborating seamlessly with a manager based in France and coordinating with teams across time zones to deliver results that align with Chrome Hearts’ luxury ethos.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Content Development & Management
- Create high-quality marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional content tailored for CHE’s eyewear retail partners’ online platforms.
- Maintain and update the CHE website biannually, ensuring brand consistency and optimal presentation.
- Organize and manage the department’s image and picture database for seamless accessibility.
Brand Monitoring & Engagement
- Oversee the online presence of CHE on eyewear retailers’ websites and social media, ensuring accurate representation and timely updates.
- Manage the lifecycle of custom window displays, including renewals, removals, and updates.
Event Support & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing local and international promotional events, including trade shows, trunk shows, and collection launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
Collaborative Projects
- Work closely with graphic designers, the marketing team, and external vendors to create and produce marketing tools and materials.
- Support cross-departmental projects requiring coordination between marketing, sales, and retail teams.
Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, campaign results, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the marketing department and contribute to the team’s overall efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing or communications, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand environment.
- College degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Hollywood, CA, and be available for full-time, on-site work. Some travel and occasional extended hours may be required for events or trade shows.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Spanish, Italian, French, or German is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, networking tools, and search engines.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Enthusiastic attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong interest in working in a multicultural and international environment.
