Project Coordinator

JOB CATEGORY: PROJECT MANAGEMENT / PROJECT COORDINATION / ADMINISTRATION

This is a professional position responsible for overseeing the development, tracking, and facilitation of projects related to transitions of care for Justice Involved-Re-entry (JI-R) populations as they move from a correctional to a community setting. 

REQUIREMENTS 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Health/Science or related field and one year of project management experience; OR Associate’s degree in Business, Administration, Health/Science or related field and three years of project management experience; OR high school diploma or equivalent and five years of project management experience. 
• Experience with population health data is preferred.
• Advanced skills and proficiency in computer data entry and operation, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Experience with desktop publishing strongly preferred.
