We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join us as a Principal Product Manager (PPM) to drive our Campaign Manager and Advertiser Growth strategy.
As the PPM overseeing LinkedIn's Campaign Manager (CM) platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our advertising ecosystem. The CM platform is a cornerstone for B2B advertisers worldwide, enabling them to create, manage, optimize, and monitor their campaigns. This role is fundamental to driving advertiser growth and retention, essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and vital to expanding overall business value across our platform.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for the Campaign Manager platform with alignment from cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing to define, build, launch, and promote new features.
Establish product metrics, objectives, and key results to guide, prioritize, and measure the success of strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business.
Advocate for the product's value proposition to users and stakeholders, representing the team to company leaders.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about the evolution of the LMS ads platform and customer expectations.
Mentor and develop a team of product managers to drive innovation and execute product initiatives across the company.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building enterprise platforms for global companies or diverse customer bases, preferably ads (walled garden, agencies, partnerships).
Proven track record in developing web products, with demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
Strong understanding of recent trends in consumer web usage, including mobile, social, and advertising ecosystems in the B2B space.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies relevant to the marketplace.
Exceptional collaborator who can influence others, rally disparate teams to align and execute on a shared vision, build a positive team culture, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Insatiable sense of curiosity, bias for action, and a strong desire to make an impact.
Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
