Wellness and Counseling Services at The Women's Hospital is looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our talented staff of health care professionals. Monday: 7:30am-4pm, Tuesday: 7:30am-5pm, Wednesday: 7:30am-4pm, Thursday: 7:30am-11:30am, Friday: 7am-12pm

Job Overview
- Provide a positive patient experience over the phone and in person
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Obtain demographic, insurance, and other relevant information
- Exhibit strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with varying shifts based on department needs
Required Certification/License/Experience: Completion of High School or GED preferred.
