Supports development and maintenance of scalable Revenue Growth Management (RGM) tools and reporting.  Business partner to Brand RGM team, enabling increased speed in insights to action via streamlining data sources, visualization, and analytics.  Analysis support across the RGM organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate insights and recommendations by leveraging consumer insights, pricing, promotion, and financial data

  • Performs ad hoc analysis in support of RGM partners

  • Supports creation of new tools in Excel, Power BI, and other software to advance RGM capabilities and improve speed to insight

  • Maintains, updates, and ensures accuracy of existing tools for ongoing development of RGM analytics

  • Partners with IT, Brand RGM, and other functions to build and maintain robust visualization and simulation tools utilizing elasticities, unit economics, consumer and shopper data, and observed price/promo points to estimate value of multiple planning scenarios and develop efficiency opportunities.

  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery or analysis or project meets success metrics

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of work experience with a track record of delivering results, preferred in CPG

  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery or analysis or project meets success metrics

  • Familiarity with Nielsen, IRI, financial data, and other syndicated sources

  • Ability to leverage and support complex analytical solutions that incorporate coefficients, elasticities, and other data from disparate syndicated data sources into one tool

  • Advanced Excel capabilities

  • Experience utilizing a data lake to build new capabilities/reports a plus

  • Experience in PowerBI a plus

  • Analytical thinker who can interpret data, analysis of others, and can explain in simple terms

  • Strong problem solver with a customer-service mentality

  • Reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management – Analytics & Capabilities

  • Individual contributor who works closely with RGM peers supporting Brands

  • Hybrid position is in Kimberly-Clark’s campus in Chicago, IL

  • Ability to travel no more that 10% of the time.
