Pay Rate: $15.57 per hour

Job Description
The Interfaith Institute is seeking a student worker to help guide interfaith engagement on campus and to add a student perspective to Augsburg’s interfaith programming.
Create an outreach/marketing plan to reach students from a variety of faith traditions, spiritual and worldviews to educate and interest them in upcoming interfaith events/opportunities, including the Interfaith Scholars program. This may include tabling, social media campaigns, or creating and posting flyers on campus.
Evaluate current studentfocused programming
Make recommendations for future programs and for the potential structure of interfaith engagement on campus
Engage former Interfaith Scholars to gather perspectives on programming
Assist in facilitating interfaith student leadership programs
Convene/plan student oriented programming
Assist in writing Interfaith America grant report
Attend Interfaith Leadership summit, August 2024
Provide clerical support for activities related to job duties
Desired Weekly Schedule: Approximately 5-8 hours per week, Flexible hours Monday -Thursday, 9am to 3pm

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Attention to detail and ability to follow-through on tasks
Technological/Computer Skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite.
Able to work respectfully with diverse populations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
