Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing orders, coordinating requests and confirming delivery deadlines,
• Work with clients on shipments, receivables, receipts of goods, reserves, claims and interaction with transport companies,
• Maintenance of prices / conditions and customer master data,
• Monitor the level of service and delivery times, proposing possible solutions for improvement to reach the company's targets,
• Receive complaints from customers, ensuring an efficient solution to the claim and a quick closure of the process.
• Preparation of documentation for shipment,
• Adjustment of price lists, order forms, distribution of information to distributors,
• Sending samples,
• Performing other tasks within the framework of professional competence,
• Keeping records, making calculations, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• higher education
• 2+ years’ experience in same position
• Fluency in English language
• knowledge of SAP, EDI
• English language proficient
• communication skills
• analytical skills
• result - oriented team work
• ability to develop and make quick and effective decisions
• client orientation
