We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Senior Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is 18.00-21.83. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Remote Pharmacy Technician I to join our team for Six months or longer temporary assignment with the possibility of being hired permanently. JOB SUMMARY
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Take incoming calls from members, providers, and clients.
- Maintain complete, timely, an accurate documentation of approvals, and denials
- Provide authorization for prior services and procedures.
- Assist other areas as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Pharmacy technician
- 1+years of Prior Authorization experience
- 1+ Microsoft Office
- National or State Pharmacy license
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
