Purpose
The Training Specialist oversees professional training and workforce development for the Center for Energy and Environmental Systems Analysis on a domestic and global scale, with university and corporate partnerships.
Responsibilities
A global education specialist in workforce development training, responsible for creating technical training content in collaboration with partner universities. This training supports efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, aligning with global near-term climate goals.
Integrates engineering with market-facing elements of global trade.
Strategically develops training and education for domestic and international audience, markets based frameworks for emissions education, and supplies chain education training.
Enhances accessibility of engineering and emissions tools and models for deployment at scale.
Research to market - Research training to implement globally, such as Professional Extension education.
Contributes and writes research papers, grant proposals in support of professional training development, and research.
