We’ve developed a brand-new technician career program designed for those entering the field, whether you have prior experience or are just getting started. You’ll receive hands-on training in everything from oil changes to full engine replacements, and as you advance, so does your compensation. Plus, Volkswagen manufacturer training is fully covered by us, and we offer a student tuition reimbursement program to help invest in your future.

What We’re Looking For

• Vocational automotive tech program experience preferred
• Lube Technician experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Satisfactory employment references and ability to pass a background check
