About Us: Frank Gay Commercial Services is dedicated to delivering excellent HVAC/R services to clients in the Central Florida area. We are looking for motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our growing and dedicated HVAC/R Service Team.

What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of refrigeration principles.
- Work on rooftop units, large 50-ton split systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers.
- Exhibit efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
- Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated with the latest technologies.
- Be available for on-call duty as required.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
What You Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC/R experience (required).
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Experience with BAS and DDC controls (a plus).
- Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.
- Universal EPA certification.
