Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Representative to join our team in New Orleans, LA. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining and growing positive client relationships while supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support

• Handle client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and effectively

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

• Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement

• Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and service outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or customer relations

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail
