Role reports to: Finance Manager – Customer Development
Location: Skillman, NJ; Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 5%
Pay: $73,000-$102,000
What you will do
The Senior Finance Analyst is a key member of the Customer Development Team providing financial leadership and analytics for our customer team. This role will partner with our Customer Leadership teams, assessing financial impact & strategy for the channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Trade Budget Variance Analysis activities including process standardization and proactively evaluating risks and opportunities to ensure we deliver our targets
- Coordinate consolidation, collection and validation of monthly LE data across all channel customers
- Improve Trade Investment efficiency using data driven insights and standardized analytics which measure trade investment return on investment
- Partner with customer teams to support month close activities to receive insights and analytics for Retail Inventory Data and shipments
- Support future efficiency enablers including optimizing business processes and advancing standardization, report automation, analytics/visualization, and finance technology initiatives including Lynx enhancements.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels in the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks sim
