RESPONSIBILITIES

In our Unit you implement, support and lead enterprise-grade IT solutions for BASF Agricultural. 

• You ensure a successful “product” delivery and progressively challenging the team and organization for continuously improve.
• Furthermore, you lead a virtual team and be responsible for managing stakeholders effectively.
• You identify and mitigate risks and improve the IT delivery processes.
• You teach and train on Agile, Scrum, Kanban at a level accessible to beginners with the ability to deep dive for advanced topics.
• Moreover, you make sure new products will align with AP organizations strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a business-technology related discipline
• 5 years of experience in working with IT solutions delivery minimum
• leading an agile team as a Scrum Master for several years
• profound in the use of agile delivery tools such as TFS, Jira and Azure DevOps
• excellent understanding of a product and sprint backlog tracking, burndown metrics and velocity
• fluent in English, German is a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
