What You’ll Do:
- Lead maintenance operations & unit turns
- Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry & pool upkeep
- Ensure safety & compliance standards
- Manage vendors, supplies & budgets
- Deliver excellent resident service
- Participate in on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA HVAC certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Knowledge of building systems; CPO a plus
- Tools & reliable transportation
